Reserve the Video Conferencing Room

The Video Conferencing Room is located on the Upper Level near the Service Desk. This room is available for 1-2 person use up to 4 hours (240 minutes) per day. 

When you select a start time, your booking defaults to 30 minutes. To extend your booking, use the dropdown at the bottom of the screen and choose a later end time.

Your booking includes an extra padding of 15 minutes before and after your selected reservation to prevent interruptions.
